Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, and personal care products such as beauty items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
